There’s no single “per employee” rate in the UAE market. Pricing is built from five variables:
1. Vehicle size and count A 14-seat van costs less to run than a 50-seat coach. If your 120 staff need to move in one window, three vans cost more combined than one coach. It take longer to load. Without seeing your actual staff locations, any number is a guess — but as a general pattern in the UAE market:
- Smaller teams (under 20 staff, single city) tend to fit a single van, which keeps the monthly cost lowest per head.
- Mid-size teams (20–60 staff) usually need a minibus or mid coach, and inter-emirate distance becomes the biggest cost driver.
- Large teams (60+ staff, multiple shifts) benefit most from a mixed fleet — full coaches on the main run, smaller vehicles for outlying pickups — which is where a proper route plan saves the most money.
