Staff transportation · United Arab Emirates
Every shift on site, on time.
Dedicated buses and vetted drivers for company commutes across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. Fixed routes, GPS on every vehicle, one monthly invoice.
Recommended vehicle mix
Opens WhatsApp with your requirement filled in.
Indicative only — the final mix depends on your routes and pickup points.
The fleet
Pick the vehicle that fits the route, not the other way round.
Narrow residential pickups need a van. A Jebel Ali plant run needs a coach. Most contracts we operate use two or three sizes together, so no vehicle leaves half empty.
Passenger van
Small teams, executive shuttles and tight residential streets where a bus cannot turn.
- Air conditioned
- Luggage space
- Best under 20 staff
Minibus
The workhorse for departmental runs and second-shift pickups across the city.
- Air conditioned
- Overhead storage
- Best for 20–35 staff
Mid coach
Longer inter-emirate commutes — Sharjah to Dubai, Ajman to Jebel Ali.
- Reclining seats
- Curtains & PA system
- Best for 30–60 staff
Full coach
High-volume site transport where hundreds of staff arrive on the same clock.
- Reclining seats
- Underfloor luggage
- Best for 60+ staff
Getting started
From first call to first pickup in about a week.
Send your staff list
Home areas and shift times are all we need. No names, no personal data.
We plan the routes
We cluster pickup points, set the vehicle mix and send a timed route sheet for your approval.
Trial run
We run the full route once before go-live and adjust anything that runs long.
Service goes live
Daily operations begin. You get a named account manager and one invoice a month.
Why companies stay with us
What actually matters when 200 people depend on a bus.
Safety before schedule
Scheduled maintenance intervals, pre-trip vehicle checks and drivers trained specifically for passenger transport. A late bus is a problem; an unsafe one is not an option.
Punctuality you can audit
Route planning built around real Dubai traffic rather than map estimates. GPS logs mean you can verify any pickup on any day.
Comfortable inter-emirate runs
Employee transport in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah often means an hour each way. Reclining seats and strong air conditioning make that hour bearable.
Short-term hire available
Project mobilisation, seasonal peaks, an office relocation. Hire vehicles and drivers for a defined period with no long-term commitment.
Costs that hold steady
Consolidated routes and a fixed monthly rate, so transport stops being a line item that moves every month.
One person to call
A named account manager plus a 24/7 dispatch desk. Breakdown, no-show or a last-minute shift change — same number, any hour.

Questions
Before you ask us.
What does staff transportation cost in Dubai?
Pricing is set per vehicle per month and depends on seat count, distance, number of shifts and whether the bus is dedicated to you or shared. Send us your staff locations and shift times and you will receive a firm figure rather than a range.
Do you cover Sharjah and Ajman to Dubai commutes?
Yes. Inter-emirate corridors make up a large share of what we run. As a transport company operating across Sharjah, Ajman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, we build the schedule around border-road traffic rather than ignoring it.
Can we hire for a short project instead of a full year?
Yes. Short-term and project-based hire is available, with vehicles and drivers supplied for a defined period — useful for mobilisation, seasonal peaks or an office move.
Are the drivers licensed for passenger transport?
Every driver holds the correct UAE licence category for the vehicle they operate and is trained on passenger handling, route discipline and incident procedure.
Can we change routes once service has started?
Yes. New joiners, leavers and shift changes are normal. Send the change to your account manager and we reissue the route sheet, usually effective within a few working days.
Can we track the buses?
All vehicles carry GPS. We use it to manage delays in real time and can share arrival reporting with your HR or facilities team.
Tell us your shift times. We will send back a route sheet.
No obligation. Most quotations go out within one working day.
